RcBladeworks is not responsible for lost shipping packages outside the US. Once the package leaves the US, there is nothing we can do unfortunately.
UPDATED DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY!
RcBladeworks is not responsible for lost shipping packages inside the US with the free shipping option. The "Upgraded Shipping" option comes with shipping insurance.
Return & Exchange Policy
All Returns are made on a case by case bases at Rc Bladeworks discretion. Return Item(s) MUST be in unused condition and unmodified. Buyer is responsible for return postage. The buyer will be credited the full amount to be used on the site for other scales or merchandise. There are NO cash Refunds.
