Knife Trade-In Program (Store Credit)

I know times are tough and money can be tight. If you're interested in a set of RC Bladeworks custom scales but don’t have the funds right now, I do accept certain knives for trade.

If your knife qualifies, you will receive RCBW store credit in the form of a digital gift card that can be used on anything in the shop.

Trades are handled case-by-case, so it never hurts to ask.

Brands I'm Most Interested In

I’m mainly interested in popular models from brands like:

• Spyderco
• Benchmade
• Hinderer
• Zero Tolerance
• Chris Reeve
• Microtech
• Pro-Tech
• Demko
• Hogue

And others brands may depending on the model.

Condition Requirements

To qualify for trade-in credit, knives must be:

• Authentic (no clones or counterfeits)
• In good working condition
• Lock and action functioning properly
• No broken parts or major blade damage

Normal carry wear is acceptable.

How It Works

Send me a message with:
- Knife brand and model
- Clear photos
- Condition description
If the knife qualifies, I’ll offer store credit value.
Once the knife is received and verified, you will receive a digital RCBW gift card for the agreed amount.

Important

Trade-in value is based on the current secondary market value, not retail price.

Not all knives will qualify for trade-in credit.

Sending Your Trade-In

Customers are responsible for safely packaging and shipping their trade-in knives to RC Bladeworks.

We recommend using tracked and insured shipping, as RC Bladeworks is not responsible for knives lost or damaged during shipping to us.

RCBW reserves the right to refuse any trade-in.

RC Bladeworks products are intended for hobbyist and custom use only. By purchasing our products, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for the proper installation, handling, and use of these items.

RC Bladeworks assumes no liability for injuries, damages, or misuse resulting from the installation or use of our products.

Free Shipping = USPS First Class Mail

Faster Shipping = USPS Priority Mail

International Shipping Policy

RC Bladeworks is not responsible for lost or missing packages once they leave the United States. After a package leaves the U.S., it is handled by international carriers and customs systems that are outside of our control.

Domestic Shipping Policy

RC Bladeworks is not responsible for lost packages when the Free Shipping option is selected.

The Upgraded Shipping option (USPS Priority Mail) includes shipping insurance to help protect your shipment.

Return & Exchange Policy

All Returns are made on a case by case bases at Rc Bladeworks discretion. Return Item(s) MUST be in unused condition and unmodified. Buyer is responsible for return postage. The buyer will be credited the full amount to be used on the site for other scales or merchandise. There are NO cash Refunds.
